Our capacity goes beyond just weight – we have the ability to accommodate pieces ranging from 10mm to 1600mm in diameter and handle lengths from 10mm up to 6000mm. However large or small the item, all our large CNC machining, deep hole drilling, Honing and Gun Drilling is done to meticulous standards with surprisingly fast turnarounds. All covered by our BSI ISO 9001:2008 Quality management system.
Mollart Cox has a full CAD and CAM software modelling facility that enables us to offer our customers stage drawings of each component that in turn provides piece of mind that each component is fully modelled before being machined.
With over 25,000 square feet available for large CNC machining , deep hole drilling , gun drilling and Honing you can be sure we can handle any project you task us with, and with a storage facility offering 50,000 square feet at Grade 3 security, we keep watch over every item – 24 hours a day.
